A La Crosse Man Given Two Citations
A La Crosse man has been given two citations. Deputy Cameron McChesney saw Christopher Potter fail to completely stop at the stop sign at 38th Street and 17th Avenue in the Town of Germantown. The deputy pulled Potter over and performed a records check. It showed that Potter was driving with a suspended license. Deputy McChesney observed that Potter was not wearing a seat belt. Though Potter was given a warning for failing to stop properly, he was cited for operating after suspend, fourth offense, and failure to wear a seat belt.
