There has been a burglary in the Lemonweir Township. On December 28, the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on County Road G, where he met the son of the owner. He told the deputy that when he was checking his mother’s residence for her, he noticed the TV gone and there were papers scattered all over the room. According to the police report, the suspects had gained entry into the house through a broken window. The victim’s son and the deputy went through the house, and noticed that a safe had been pried open. Besides the TV, several silver coins were stolen.
