10th OWI
A Tomah man was arrested Tuesday afternoon for OWI-10th offense. The State Patrol said at 4:30pm 53-year old Paul Premo was stopped for speeding on Highway 16 at Highway 71. Upon making contact with Premo, the trooper detected a strong odor of intoxicants. The trooper administered field sobriety tests and subsequently Premo was arrested. He was taken to a Sparta hospital for a blood draw and then transported to the Monroe County Jail.
