The Mauston Hatch Public Library celebrated its 10-year Anniversary Saturday.  The public enjoyed a free community cookout and music by the Mauston High School Jazz Band.  Long-time Library Board member, Cathy Orton, says the library was built entirely by donations from Bill and Jean Hatch’s one-million dollar donation to pennies from young school children.  The library usage has grown significantly over the past 10-years.  As a result of state law…the surrounding townships and villages contribute towards the operation of the Hatch Public Library through a usage tax.
