An Elroy man was cited for moving a trailer house with the load projecting on the side.  The deputy said on July 15th, 45-year old Terry Firnstahl was pulling a 14.5 by 69 foot trailer with a Leyland tractor and the trailer was being pushed by a backhoe.  The aluminum on the mobile home was peeling away.  Many internal walls had been torn down and there was fire damage to a section of the trailer.  The sheriff’s department closed County Road ‘O’ until Firnstahl was able to move the mobile home back into Monroe County.  He was also cited for ‘Failure to have a permit for the size and weight of the load’.  His fines totaled 363-dollars.
