A 14-year old Mauston boy has been referred to the Department of Human Services on a delivery of a controlled substance charge.  Police said last month the 14-year old boy gave an 18-year old New Lisbon man a drug called suboxone.  They allegedly smashed the drug and they both snorted a line.  The victim became very sick.  He threw up and remained ill throughout the next day.
